The effect of Dzialoshinski-Moriya (DM) interaction on thermal entanglement of an XY two-qutrit spin chain is investigated. We find that DM interaction and the anisotropy parameter can enhance quantum thermal entanglement to a maximal value individually. However, when both of them take large values, the entanglement is not enhanced, but is destroyed. Our analysis will shed some light on the understanding of the effect of the DM interaction on thermal entanglement of an XY two-qutrit spin chain.  相似文献

The electron mobility limited by charged surface states scattering was calculated accurately based on a self-consistent Schrödinger and Poisson equations solver. For a AlGaN thickness less than 5 nm, this new scattering mechanism is the dominated scattering for electron mobility. Moreover, there is a “high electron mobility window” for a certain AlGaN thickness range from 4 to 7 nm, where the electron mobility can be as high as 3000 cm2/Vs at a low temperature, which is consistent with reported experimental data [1] (Cao and Jena, 2007).  相似文献

In this paper, the first analytical endeavor into the fluid dynamic modeling of an MR polishing process is reported. The velocity and shear stress fields of an MR fluid running through a thin slippery channel with a slightly varying height are analytically solved using a bi-viscosity constitutive model and a Navier slip model. Estimations of the mechanical power density and the total power per unit depth applied onto the channel surfaces are also presented. Analytical solutions for the Couette–Poiseuille flow behavior of a bi-viscous fluid flowing through either parallel or non-uniform channels are obtained, and the associated necessary and sufficient conditions characterizing a total of 5 types of flow are derived.The behaviors of the fluid are examined through the use of a parametric diagram of Bingham number (Bn) and Couette number (Co), i.e., BnCo or 1/Bn–1/Co diagram, by changing the geometric and operating conditions. Using these diagrams, variations in the rheological characteristics of the flow are investigated in great detail, with a special focus on the movement of the pseudo-core region. Finally, the mechanical power density field obtained for the flow in a converging–diverging channel is used to explain the wear mechanism in the MR polishing process. The effects of the power density field and the total power on the material removal rate (MRR) and the within-workpiece nonuniformity (WIWNU) with respect to various geometric and operating conditions are evaluated.  相似文献

Sulfonated reduced graphene oxide nanosheets (rGO-SO3H) were prepared by grafting sulfonic acid-containing aryl radicals onto chemically reduced graphene oxide (rGO) under sonochemical conditions. rGO-SO3H catalyst was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). rGO-SO3H catalyst was successfully applied as a reusable solid acid catalyst for the direct amidation of carboxylic acids with amines into the corresponding amides under ultrasonic irradiation. The direct sonochemical amidation of carboxylic acid takes place under mild conditions affording in good to high yields (56–95%) the corresponding amides in short reaction times.  相似文献

The secondary Bjerknes force is one of the essential mechanisms of mutual interactions between bubbles oscillating in a sound field. The dual-frequency acoustic excitation has been applied in several fields such as sonochemistry, biomedicine and material engineering. In this paper, the secondary Bjerknes force under dual-frequency excitation is investigated both analytically and numerically within a large parameter zone. The unique characteristics (i.e., the complicated patterns of the parameter zone for sign change and the combination resonances) of the secondary Bjerknes force under dual-frequency excitation are revealed. Moreover, the influence of several parameters (e.g., the pressure amplitude, the bubble distance and the phase difference between sound waves) on the secondary Bjerknes force is also investigated numerically.  相似文献

针对圆柱形管道外部的流体与颗粒介质运动问题,提出了结合圆柱周围声辐射力和声流Stokes力的研究方法。从柱体外部声流方程出发,得到影响涡流结构的无量纲参数Rem≥325.27时,外涡最大流速大于内涡最大流速。在此基础上,采用Nyborg的边界滑移速度理论,获得管道外部声流的极限滑移速度,推导得出圆柱附近的声辐射力公式。基于此公式,在理论上推导出颗粒速度为0、声辐射力和声流Stokes力平衡时,颗粒临界直径的表达式。通过对圆柱位于不同位置时,圆柱外部的颗粒运动进行仿真模拟,得到与理论公式相一致的结论:颗粒的临界直径的大小与声波频率有关,当颗粒直径小于临界直径时,声流Stokes力为主导,颗粒随声流运动,颗粒直径大于等于临界直径时,声辐射力为主导,颗粒在声辐射力作用下逐渐向声辐射力的节点聚集。理论与仿真结果表明该方法可用于分析管道外颗粒的分布状态,其研究结果有助于解决电站中换热器的管道结垢、热交换率降低等问题。  相似文献

离子通道可以有效抑制电子束在等离子体环境内传输过程中的径向扩散,已有工作研究了离子通道对电子束的影响,但离子通道建立过程和暂态特性研究则更有助于理解和利用离子通道在电子束长程传输中的作用。本文利用PIC方法对离子通道的时空分布进行二维模拟,并基于单粒子理论推导出描述离子通道振荡的解析模型,对上述两种模型的结果相互校验。上述模型的计算结果表明,在长程传输过程中,相对论电子束在等离子体内部建立的离子通道是持续周期振荡的,电子束密度、电子束初始半径以及环境等离子体密度都会对离子通道的振荡规律产生影响,针对不同的等离子体环境选择合适的电子束参数可以有效提高离子通道的稳定性,进而提升传输过程中电子束的束流质量。  相似文献

氘核削裂反应作为单核子转移反应的一种,在原子核的单粒子结构研究中一直起着重要的作用。同时,作为典型的三体核反应,它也是直接核反应理论研究的一个重要研究对象。本文简述了氘核削裂反应的研究历史,侧重介绍其反应理论的演进,以及平面波玻恩近似(Plane Wave Born Approximation,PWBA)、扭曲波玻恩近似(Distorted Wave Born Approximation,DWBA)、连续态离散化耦合道理论(Continuum Discretized Coupled Channels,CDCC)、绝热波近似理论(Adiabatic Wave Approximation,ADWA)和法捷耶夫方程组(Faddeev equations)方法之间的差别与联系。本文讨论了当前及未来氘核削裂反应理论研究的若干热点问题,包括中高能条件下的氘核削裂反应、转移到剩余核连续态的理论、色散光学势以及非定域光学势在氘核削裂反应中的应用等。本文展示了我们对中高能条件下的氘核削裂反应理论计算的一些初步成果。  相似文献

We propose a novel and simple scheme to achieve NRZ-to-RZ format conversion and simultaneous wavelength multicasting based on a single-stage dual-arm electro-optic Mach–Zehnder modulator (MZM) and a short single mode fiber (SMF). The format conversion and wavelength multicast process are achieved by chirp compensation under the condition of generation of optical flat frequency comb. 40 Gb/s NRZ-to-RZ conversion with one-to-five multiple-wavelength channel multicasting and transmission of the NRZ and the converted signals over 200 km dispersion-managed fiber-link are successfully demonstrated by numerical simulation. Research results show that 40 Gb/s 2 ps RZ signal with wavelength-preserving can be obtained after format conversion. The converted RZ signal presents good transmission performance and can easily be multiplexed to 160 Gb/s using optical time division multiplexing (OTDM) technology. All the multicast channels can be error free after 50 km transmission. Besides, the conversion operation can also greatly reduce the timing jitter of the degraded NRZ signal due to the retiming function of the proposed scheme.  相似文献
